Alexander Technique workshop for people with Parkinson’s
2944 Erie Avenue
Cincinnati, OH 45208
USA
Our idea is that this workshop could be of help to the Parkinson’s community, and also possibly encourage them to seek lessons in the future. We will introduce the Technique, and Karen and her student Elizabeth, who has PD, will speak about how it can help. We would like the last part of the workshop to be a time where the participants can have as much hands-on work as possible, and we are seeking interested volunteers to come and offer hands-on work. You do not need to have experience working with PD: in fact, this would be a great way for you to gain experience in this area. The more the merrier. We will distribute a contact list of all teachers who are involved in the workshop, so that interested participants can contact you in the future, and/or you can put out your business cards.
