Last time we presented, everyone who attended expressed the same sentiment: “More please!”

Here is the next presentation in our series. Brooke brings her insights from Craniosacral  and Vivien brings her insights from Energy Healing to expand our repertoire as Alexander Teachers, clarifying new dynamics of Intention, Hands On and Use skills. This workshop will focus on the following means whereby:

• Understanding the intention of freeing the fascia, and reorganizing bones and tissue
• The demands on our own use to make this possible
• The technical aspects required in our AT skills
• The hands on transmission of the information from teacher to student

Morning Session

In Chair Work, Brooke will explain on how to read and repair the Energy Vector System in the upright. This will include how to mobilize tissue without pulling on joints and ligaments, to help “Up” express itself in use.

Afternoon Session

Vivien will focus on 3-dimensional expansion, adding to our conceptualization of “lengthening and widening.” This will include explanation of a “central column” and how to release the squeezing and compressing at our central core.
